Course Description
7 Months – Upon completion of Course 4
This is your practicum – 7 months of learning with a mentor who is working in the areas of special interest to you, and alignment with your specific goals and visions. They will review your practice sessions with clients, guide you in offering workshops and group sessions, and support you in developing your unique contribution to this field. Your mentor can also support you in setting up your practice, including your workspace, website, and promotional materials. You and your mentor will agree on a unique plan that is then approved by the faculty. You can arrange to work with one of the school faculty members as your primary mentor, or another qualified somatic sex educator approved by the faculty as your field mentor.
Please review our Student Agreement Form, which outlines what our program offers, how students are evaluated and the process for working toward certification, and Institute policies and procedures, prior to enrolling. Our program is unique, and we encourage you to review this document so you know what to expect from us and what we ask of you. Upon registration you will be given access to the online curriculum where you will see this form again. At that time we ask you to initial to agree to each point and add your signature at the bottom. An electronic copy of your completed form will be emailed to you and one copy will be kept in our records.
